We have finally progressed to the point of hanging sheet rock in our basement. Jesse (our former neighbor) is doing the work for us. As you can see, it is actually starting to look more like livable space. We're hoping to have it painted and carpeted in three weeks. Ah, the end is in sight....
..for the basement anyway. The utility room still has a ways to go. I moved some outlets over the weekend and made a huge mess. Something tells me that Karen has to imagine her brand new washer and dryer every time she walks into this room just to maintain her sanity.
