First Day of School

It's that time of year again already.

Elena is starting the 4th grade. She has a male teacher this year and we're hopeful that he will have a little better handle on the class than last year's teacher did. I think she's excited to go back to school so she can eat breakfast there. This morning she had cocoa puffs with chocolate milk.

Elena has her first soccer game of the fall on Saturday. I don't feel like the team is ready yet, but that's how is always goes for the first couple of games.

Marcus is starting the 2nd grade. He said today was the best day of school ever. I think that is because he didn't have any homework. We will see how tomorrow goes. Marcus starts soccer next week and he is really excited to play with his friend Escher again.
